Gilkin Distressed Properties Inc is a fund operated by Stewart Merkin and David Giles.  Stewart Merkin has been a prominent Miami lawyer for over 25 years and together they have owned Gilkin Properties Inc for 12 years.  The fund has been set up to take advantage of the distressed properties now available in the Miami area.  A prospectus can be emailed or posted upon request.  The fund will raise up to S10 million in amounts of $250,000 minimum.  The fund will acquire properties in the next 18 months and sell and distribute capital investments and profits in five to ten years.
